1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing The Him Trail platform, creating a membership account, or engaging our concierge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Services
The Him Trail provides luxury travel curation, concierge, and booking services. We act as an agent between clients and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, operators). Final contractual terms with service providers are governed by their own conditions, which we will make available to you before confirming any booking.
3. Membership
Membership tiers (Elite, Signature, Reserve) grant access to specific services as outlined on our Membership page. Membership fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with 30 days advance notice.
4. Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or approved deposit. Prices are quoted in INR and/or USD and are subject to change until booking confirmation. Cancellation and amendment policies vary by supplier and will be communicated clearly at time of booking.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact.thehimtrails@gmail.com. Refunds depend on the applicable supplier cancellation terms. Our concierge fee is non-refundable once services have commenced. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
6. Liability
The Him Trail is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party service providers, force majeure events, government actions, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for the affected booking.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including text, imagery, itineraries, design, and branding — is the exclusive property of The Him Trail and may not be reproduced without written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
